DevOps - generate a query to determine which card done by a specific developer

Hi,

I'm trying to pull information via a query to pull all user stories that have gone through a developer. I need to generate a report that will list how many cards were completed by our development team. Is there a way to pull this information? Take note we don't have a defined field that allocates our resoruce (BA, Dev and QA), I can't use the "Assigned to field" as well since the card had moved from one stage to another. Can someone recommend a solution please
