DevOps - copy of Basic process with two new work items

Hi all,

 

I have the following work items in Azure DevOps in this order

Projects

Milestones

Issues

Tasks

 

I struggle to connect Milestones and Issues - DevOps doesn't allow me to create a child item quickly from Milestones - I simply don't see the plus icon when I hover over Milestone work item under Backlogs.

I can create new Milestones from Project:

 

But not Issue from Milestone:

 

Here is my backlog level setup:

 

Any idea what is wrong here?

    Hi xsomej 

    I think its related to what is the process you use when you create your project in Azure DevOps, that's mean Agile process, Basic process, or Scrum process.

     

    For example:

     

    You can take a look here :  Choose your work item types

      Hi AyoubKochbati, thanks for your reply. My process is a copy of the Basic one, but it should still give me the option to have 4 level hierarchy, correct?

        Hi,
        If you are team administrator or a project administrator in Azure DevOps you can check "team settings".
        Project Settings -> under Boards -> Team configuration

Resources
