Delete Old IRM Labels

Hi, those old labels may be coming from legacy Azure Rights Management or AD RMS templates rather than modern Purview sensitivity labels. I would check the legacy AIP/RMS configuration with PowerShell before creating the new label set, because old templates can still surface in Office apps even when Purview looks clean. Once you identify where they are published from, you can retire or unpublish them instead of mixing them with the new labels.
