Delete Billing Profile/Billing Scope

Yes, this is yet another one of Microsoft's completely mind boggling decisions/issues (I'm unsure which one it is) but either way, if it's intentional, it's completely moronic, and if it's a limitation of how they designed the system, it's shortsighted and poor coding design. Either way, it needs to be fixed.

Thank you for the suggestion. The purpose for us is to remove the billing account so that it no longer shows up as a list of billing accounts as it is a pain for billing administrators to see all these user billing accounts when trying to pay the real bills.
With the help of MS support I went through the process of trying to orphan the accounts to try and remove them from the interface. They said that this usually helps since you can't delete the accounts. We are waiting to see if the changes take effect as it apparently takes some time.
They agreed that it is ridiculous that there is no way to properly delete billing accounts. In the hopes that someone else at MS would see how ridiculous this is and maybe fix this, I posted my concerns here.
