Datacenter License with Azure Hybrid benefit

We are currently running everything on prem with about 80 servers (ESXI VMs) and all are licensed with Windows 2022 / 2019 Datacenter.
Now I will start to deploy a new server at Azure.
Here's what I noticed about the pricing calculator: Azure Hybrid Benefit. Can I use the advantages in the Azure with my data center license Software Assurance or are there restrictions regarding server limits?

I read at Microsoft that with Software Assurance I can also use the licenses in Azure. However, there is nothing in it about a limit on the number of servers.

    Hi!

    this depends on the VM Size in use.
    With 16 Cores you can license a maximum of 16 Cores. These 16 cores can be shared across 2 VMs.
