[Cost Management] Cannot edit or delete Budgets

Hi everyone,

I have defined several budgets under Azure Cost Management. Unfortunately, I can neither edit nor delete an existing budget. The button provided for this is grayed out. The problem has been going on for several days. Do any of you have an idea what I need to do to be able to edit a budget, or at least delete it? I have the necessary rights.
