Compute Spend Savings Plan

We are reviewing purchasing a savings plan and see the mfst recommendations. How do I find the compute price that those recommendations are based on? I like to know what my total compute spend is per month. I do not see an option to select compute in the cost analysis.

I know savings plans only covers - VMS. App Service, Premium Functions and containers
