Hi Adi, if the Authenticator notification is not arriving, I would first try the “I can’t use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now” option during sign-in and see if another method is registered. Also check that the phone time is correct and that notifications are enabled for the app. If no alternate method exists, this usually needs an admin or Microsoft account recovery path to reset MFA.
