Can't edit Resource Groups Blocks

What operation are you trying to perform then ?
Check if delete locks are in place ?
Check if subscription is locked if billing is not done?
Check if azure policy is in place ?

- I'm trying to add a lock on my resource group (actually there aren't any locks).
I checked subscription level too, no locks.
I can create and delete everything but I can't manage locks on azure.- I don't know what happened, but now after some minutes it allows me managing locks...
