Can you bulk import work items from a spreadsheet?

I see another individual wanted to do something similar but there were no responses, so I'll ask. 

I want to create multiple similarly-titled user stories under a Feature.  The differentiating factor is the Dynamics table that the user story applies to.  Since they are so similar it would be useful to be able to title the user stories in Excel and bulk upload the spreadsheet to create them all at once. 

I can't find documentation on whether this is possible in MS Learn.  Any recommendations?
