Can I order unparented user stories ahead of features?

Good day everyone,

Our team is working with features (that contains sub-stories) when coming from customers, and individual user stories when it comes to internal development. The split is more or less 50%/50%.

Is there a way to display both on the backlog, with the ability to put unparented user stories ahead of features (for example)?

I have added a screenshots in attachment that I have manually made with Paint to display what I am looking for. Items in 1st and 4th positions are the ones I manually added (as you can see they are on the same level as features)
