Bug Reactivation

Hi, I have added the Bug Reactivation report from the Market Place. Our organization  uses this report to track the Bug Rebound metric i.e number of bugs fixed/closed by us Vs number of bugs reopened by the Customer.

Just wanted to see if any other organization uses this metric and if so, could you share Industry benchmarks for this metric ?
