Branch security is not being set for all the branches when I am trying to set branch security.

Team I am trying to set branch security on folder level but security is not being set for all the branches resides under the folder. Please have a look and confirm if it is bug

I am trying to set branch security for the testing folder -

Here I am checking if branch security is set for the branches resides under testing folder -

Here you can see the default security is there for branch which is under testing folder. My assumption is it should change the branch security for all the branches which is under testing when I am changing it for folder.
