Question

I had been paying azure subscriptions with a credit card issued by a bank in Ghana. I want to add a new credit card issued by a bank in the US. Azure portal doesn't give me the option to change the billing country from Ghana to United States. Any suggestions on what to do?

Azure doesn't allow changing the billing country on an existing subscription or account.
This is by design due to tax regulations, regional pricing, and compliance rules.
