Beaer Token Search Result Limit?

Hello,

Currently we are obtaining our bearer token through the GitHub download in which we do npm start and obtain the short-lived (1 hour long) bearer token. When we use this token for our search throughout my blockchain SQL database, we only retrieve a max of 64 searches (contracts we are searching for). Is there a reason for this, maybe because we continue using the short lived bearer vs the AAD in which we are still working on implementing? We've been stuck on this for a few days now and with deadlines coming up we would appreciate any help
