Azure Sign-in Logs not showing when mobile user opens Email
Hello,
We have one user that only uses their Samsung mobile phone to open email. She never sends emails.
She is set up for MFA, but we are not seeing any sign-in logs for this user in Azure.
Is there something she needs to do so that this is recorded?
She has Microsoft Outlook app installed on her phone.
Thanks,
Denise

- Denise ChildIron ContributorThanks non-interactive user sign-ins show the activity.
Unfortunately looking in the User's feed never shows Sign-in by that user.

Hi Denise,
Please check het tab “Non-interactive user sign-ins” for sign-ins performed by a client. - Chandrasekhar_AryaIron ContributorRefer the faq section Navigate to the Conditional Access tab. Here, you can view all the policies that impacted the sign-in and the result for each policy
