Azure-Sendgrid Email Activity History

I know this is an older post, but the topic is still relevant, particularly if you're just getting to webhooks now. SendGrid provides poor documentation and curated search results are nested deep to find any chatter about the topic. I still cannot get my SendGrid Event Webhook to push to Azure - even after we purchased a standalone Twilio SendGrid account (we also have the Azure-born SendGrid accounts that we plan to retire). I can get a successful push from my SendGrid Event Webhook to the authorized "testing sites" but not Azure. I am thinking there may be a security barrier but I am just getting into it so I am not clear on the blockers. I hope you figured this out.
