Azure Konto erstellen/Create an Azure Account
Ist es möglich, ein Azure Konto zu erstellen, ohne Kreditkarteninformationen anzugeben? Is it possible to create ein Azure Account without to share any Credit card information?

There is no promo code applied to the subscription in Azure unless you have an Enterprise Agreement
You can put in place some cost management mecanisms to reduce the costs and have some discount for virtual machine for example
