Azure Guest users and MyApps Portal

I have seen this question posted but no real answer
When I add a guest user and after they finish their MFA set up, they are auto directed to MyApps.  However I am not able to add Microsoft Teams to be visible in the myapps portal.  

Being that Microsoft Teams is not available in Enterprise applications, I cannot grant access.  

I did create a Collection in App Launcher and was able to add Microsoft Teams there and added the guest user group - however it still wont show.  Has anyone gotten this to work??
