When attempting to sign up using my institutional email address, I received the following message: "You're not eligible for an Azure free account."

Could you please investigate why my academic status was not successfully verified, and let me know what steps I need to take to complete my sign-up? I have double-checked that my profile information (email, contact details) is accurate and does not conflict with any existing Microsoft account.
