Azure DevOps Power Platform Import Data - Error: Unable to open data file

I have successfully created two pipelines; one for exporting from Dev and another from importing into Test environment but I am getting an error when I run my release pipeline. My release pipeline is has three tasks, Power Platform Tool installer, Power Platform Import Data and Power Platform Publish Customizations. I am getting an error on Power Platform Import Data.
