Azure DevOps Pipeline to create Azure App Service

Hi All,

I am creating an azure pipeline using terraform script to create Azure app service in Azure cloud on self hosted windows agent where terraform and azure cli are already installed.

But still I am getting the error while running the pipeline as "AzureCLI 2.x not installed on this machine"

can anyone let me know what could be the solution for this issue.
