Azure DevOps pipeline Jira integration
There could be several reasons why the "Report deployment status to Jira" checkbox is getting disabled by itself in Azure DevOps pipeline integration with Jira Cloud. Here are a few possible solutions:
1. Check Jira Cloud API Token: Ensure that you have provided the correct Jira Cloud API token to the Azure DevOps service connection. You can create a new API token in your Jira Cloud account settings.
2. Check Jira Cloud URL: Ensure that you have provided the correct Jira Cloud URL in the Azure DevOps service connection.
3. Check Azure DevOps Service Connection Permissions: Ensure that the Azure DevOps service connection has the required permissions to access Jira Cloud. You can check this by going to Project Settings > Service connections and clicking on the Jira Cloud service connection.
4. Check Azure DevOps Project Permissions: Ensure that the user who is configuring the Jira Cloud integration in Azure DevOps has the required permissions to make changes to the pipeline.
5. Try a Different Browser: Sometimes, the issue may be with the browser you are using. Try a different browser or clear the cache and cookies of the existing browser.
