1. Use the Backlog View with Hierarchy Expanded
•    Go to Boards → Backlogs
•    Select Epics or Features from the dropdown
•    Expand the hierarchy to see all child items inline

2. Create a Custom Query
•    Use Boards → Queries to build a flat list of all work items
•    Filter by area path, iteration, or tags
•    Add columns for Parent ID, Work Item Type, and State
You can then pin this query to a dashboard for quick access.

3. Use Delivery Plans
•    If your organization has access to Delivery Plans, you can visualize multiple work item types across teams and timelines.
•    It’s not a Kanban board, but it gives a broader view of relationships and progress.
