Azure DevOps FIPS Compitability

Hi Team,

In my environment, I have Azure DevOps 2019 on-prem installed.

When I enable Windows FIPS from local policy, I can't create new projects.

I found some solutions to disable FIPS on Azure DevOps from config file but I'm looking to solve this issue.

Is there a newer version compliant with FIPS ?
