Azure DevOps Customization of Discussion and Description Sections on Card

Can Azure DevOps be customized to get the information listed under the Discussion section of a card to also show under the Description section without having to go back and forth copying and pasting? 

For example:

Under the Discussion I type:

1/1/2023

Started testing scenario: Completed all testing steps: PASSED

And I want the same information to show under the Description section as:

 1/1/2023

Started testing scenario: Completed all testing steps: PASSED

But I don't want to have to copy and pasted the information from one section to another and having to hope back and forth?  Can this be done?
