Azure devops CI CD for azure machine learning designer pipelines

Hi 

I have azure machine learning designer pipelines in dev az ml worspace. Is there way I can promote dev to prod az ml using azure Devops pipelines. I did some googling all I can found is code based cicd for azure machine learning project and nothing on CI/CD for az ml designer pipelines.
