Azure devops are there any out of the box time log feature?

Hi,&nbsp;We are new to Azure devops boards and we are trying to understand how we can log time against each work item. however, we are unable to find any out of the box feature for thiswhat is the best option for this? also we have a requirement to access these worklogs via an rest API
