Azure Devops - Impediment

Hi, 

Tooltip for Testcase titles is not reflecting when a user hovers over any testcase on a work item.

Is there any other way to get this working. As opening each & every testcase is pretty hard while presenting the work.

This was functioning as expected before recent update came on ADO.
