Azure DevOps - Deploy Python script into another windows based VM

Hi Team, I need help on Azure DevOps,
I am new this technology, I have below requirement,

I have my code into azure repo and want to deploy that in another VM(windows based machine) using CI/CD pile line.

Can some one help me with the steps to follow and tasks to perform in CI/CD pipeline?
