Azure devices and tenant

Can you please tell me if this is an issue?

Company A have O365 exchange online tenant 1 (no relationship with each other)

Company B have O365 exchange online tenant 2

I plan on asking Company B computer to sign-in local office with Company A credentials and setup local Outlook. In Company A Azure we allow non-domain devices to join. I am expecting there will be a notification from Azure on the windows 10 computer to allow my organization to manager device. 

Do you see any concerns here?
