Azure Cognitive Search IaC support to Indexes, Indexers and DataSources

Hi,

can anyone explain why the Search Service is lacking basic functionality for supporting IaC (Infrastructure as Code, i.e. terraform) for the services Index, Indexer and DataSource?

This is really annoying because it's impossible to persist those settings in any source control.

Sorry guys, from my perspective this seems to be an unfinished product.
