Azure Blockchain Workbench Website Not Working

A few days ago I was using the website as normally and it was working fine. When I tried going back today I receive this error:

 

It looks like something went wrong with creating contract 56. Contact your administrator for help resolving the problem.

 

This occurs for every action I try to take, creating new contracts or even updating previous ones. Any reason for this? There was no changes made to the blockchain code to cause this error.

    What version of Workbench are you using? I recommend using the latest version 1.4.1.

      Yes we have redeployed the most recent version and it fixed our issue
