Does this happen across multiple browsers/people?
Just wondering if it is a browser/cache issue. If it is occurring across multiple browsers and people, it might be worth generating a HAR file (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/capture-browser-trace) and opening a Microsoft support case, so they can investigate further, and if needed send it to the relevant backend teams..

lukemurraynz This comes in as an email alert that we setup for Azure backups. I have opened a MSFT support ticket as well.
