Azure Authentication issue with Power BI

Hi Experts

i am experiencing the following issue when trying to connection to Power BI - everything was fine then out of nowhere, this 

does any one have a solution??

I have double check the Server Host name and HTTP details and they are correct. The proxy is failing somewhere???

Could be a credential manager issue or something else???
