Azure AD B2B support for External On-Premises guests

Hey Folks,

I have a scenario where I need to invite external guests from a Windows AD environment (None Azure AD).

i.e. Company A (Azure AD) invites users of Company B (Windows Active Directory). Company B users should be able to access Company A's resources such as SharePoint Online. If the Company B has no Cloud implementation, what's the best way to achieve this ?
