AVD Multimedia redirection issues

Hi,


Has anyone had any issues with the multimedia redirection extension failing to play a video? I have found this problem in multiple customer environments when tyring to access videos through Vimeo. Youtube works as expected so I have been able to rule out potential policy or network issues. I raised a support request with Microsoft who told me it was an issue on Vimeo's side. I opened a support request with Vimeo but have yet to get a resolution from them. Just wondering if anyone else in the community has had similar issues with Vimeo

    I have the same issue. Multiple sites work, but Vimeo video's do not play. I tried the exclusion settings for websites, but the only thing that works is letting the user use inprivate mode (so the plugin does not load).

     

    Have you had any reply from vimeo?

      I got a response from Microsoft. Vimeo changed the way they stream their videos which isn't compatible with the MMR extension. This was escalated to the product group for the extension who have apparently implemented a fix but I am yet to see this be released. I chased MS about this last week but haven't had an update when we can expect this
