Allow option to add multiple teams to Lead Time and Cycle Time widget

Indeed, those native ADO widgets do not support multiple teams.

A good solution to this could be the widgets offered by the Great Gadgets extension available on VS Marketplace (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=StonikByte.stonikbyte-great-gadgets-extension&ssr=false#overview).

These widgets are higly configurable and they allow using a shared query as data source, which means that you have full flexibly about what issues to include. You could simply create and use a shared query that return items from multiple teams.

With these widgets you can calculate cycle time, lead time, or time between two workflow states and display as trend chart, control chart or histogram chart. They can also display a Data tab with a detailed report, which you can easily export in CSV.
