Advanced Data Security for SQL Servers outside of Azure is now in public preview (aka Azure Arc enabled SQL Server) using Azure Security Center, and powered by Azure Sentinel and Azure Arc. This brings advanced data security to SQL 2012 (and higher), running on machines hosted on any infrastructure outside of Azure!
