Access denied to Restored Ubuntu VM

Hello Folks,

I have performed a restore to create a new vm operation for Ubuntu OS based system.

After the restore was performed, I did an SSH to the machine with the same credentials as of the original machine but access was denied. I am trying to reset password/ssh configuration but it fails.

Checked for vmaccess extension but its stuck in transitioning state.

Please help as to how I can reset password so that I can ssh the Ubuntu machine.
