105k crypto token(about 13K USD) was stolen by a hacker, and found this guy used Azure to access it

105k crypto token was stolen by a hacker, and found this guy used Azure to access my account, we can got  the access IP, access time and the web page, can we request Microsoft to find out this hacker?

From other log, we  found this hacker is a Chinese.
