Have you followed the instructions from this doc? https://docs.microsoft.com/azure/digital-twins/how-to-ingest-iot-hub-data
If data is not flowing from your hub to your instance of ADT through an Azure Function, then you might want to check the logs of the function to see if anything went wrong there
