How to connect IoT Hub to SAP Leonardo?

Hi all, 

hope someone can help me with my problem.

I try to understand how the connection between IoT Hub and SAP Leonardo works.

Because I have to create a short demo for a presentation. But I have no idea how to connect my IoT Hub to SAP Leonardo IoT. Next problem a documentation does not exists. 

Has someone an idea how to do it?
