devicemodels.azure.com certificate name mismatch (DTDL models)

As per Github Azure PnP page Azure Certificate Device Program is deprecated. But all existing DTDL model should still be accessible. Now I tried to access devicemodels.azure.com and got certificate mismatch error. Is this intentional ?
