Deployment is being created

I deployed Predictive Maintenance Solution Accelerator but it shows me the message, "Your Deployment is being created" and it is not showing any Provisioning Steps. I tried many times but Provisioning is in Progress for many hours.

Can someone explain the reason please?

    Farrukh-KAISPE I'm able to deploy a new predictive maintenance solution accelerator successfully. Can you retry? If you don't see the same issue again it could be a transient issue with any of the backend Azure resources. Otherwise try deploying in a different region or check permissions for your subscription.
