Swiss Cheese OpenAI Model Availability - PLEASE STOP!!!

When will Microsoft deliver a more consistent regions strategy for Azure OpenAI ? GPT-4 1106 is in region eastus, but 0125 Preview is only in eastus2 which does not have 1106... insane!

This is incredibly disruptive and forces region changes each time a model is updated - which sucks.
