Branding question Azure ChatGPT/Azure OpenAI on your data

Is "Azure ChatGPT" the same as "Azure OpenAI on your data"?

        One is a conversional AI service that uses gpt3 to generate text (azure chatgpt), while the other is a service that allows you to train your own custom language service on your own model (azure OpenAI)..
