AUTHENTICAION ERROR IN RUNNING prompt IN UHRS

got this error in uhrs while running a prompt:
Model run error Microsoft.Search.UHRS.Services.BusinessLogic.LlmAsJudge.ModelLabelingMediaDownloadingException Download Failed: Server failed to authenticate the request. Make sure the value of Authorization header is formed correctly including the signature.
