I had a update and after the update I shut down my computer and when I got up like every other day and turned my computer on and everything I had on my computer was gone personal files , Pictures and movies downloads all whipped out 10 years gone ! I think they may still be on my computer but I can't access them or find them anywhere but my computers memory hasn't charged not one bit ……. Anyone know what I can do ? please the files and albums Photos and movie downloads can't be replaced , please someone help me out , please !!!!AdilAli
