Unable to locate and add a VM (GPU family) to my available VM options.
I am using azure AI foundry and need to run GPU workload but N-series VM options do not appear when i try to add quota Only CPU families like D and E are listed How can i enable or request N-series GPU VMs in my subscription and region

Hi nabhesh,
N-series may be hidden if the region doesn’t support it or your per-family GPU quota is 0.
Please check Azure Portal → Quotas (Compute) for the target region and request increases for Total regional vCPUs and the specific N-series family.
If N-series isn’t listed, register Microsoft.Compute on the subscription and open a quota support request. Note: Free Trial subs can’t get GPU increases, switch to Pay-As-You-Go.
Once approved, create the GPU compute in Azure AI Foundry and you’ll see the sizes.
